Child Development Center

Enrollment

The Child Development Center offers programs for children 6 months to five years old. The CDC operates on a nondiscriminatory basis, offering equal treatment and access to services without regard to race, color, gender, religion, national origin, or ancestry.  California pre-kindergarten (child care or preschool) facilities are required to check immunizations for all new admissions and at each age checkpoint.  Children's up-to-date immunizations record must be presented at the time of certification for a child to be enrolledParent's Guide to Immunizations


Enrollment Process

  1. Submit Waitlist Application

  2. Contact for enrollment will be made as slots become available

  3. Complete your certification meeting, and the provided State of California Community Care Licensing forms along with parent enrollment packet

  4. Attend Parent Orientation


Tuition Information

The CDC has set tuition based on the average price of child care in Butte County. Please note that fees increase annually. The CDC does accept subsidized child care such as Valley Oaks. You may also qualify for free to low-cost care by checking on our Grants tab!
