Administration of Justice
Court Personnel, Pre-Law, Corrections Officer, Probation OfficerThe Administration of Justice program with an emphasis in law enforcement, provides students with the skills and knowledge to assist them in obtaining employment in a variety of areas, including law enforcement, corrections, probation, fish and wildlife, and state parks. In addition, the Court Personnel/Pre-Law program provides students with a core of law-related courses. From this basic core, a student can expand into a number of specialized areas such as pre-law, court personnel, paralegal, law enforcement, public administration, social welfare, and probation.
Program Highlights: Growing industry demand. Opportunity for valuable work experience and internships. Ability to understand both criminal and civil aspects of legal system.

Law Enforcement Academy – Basic
The Law Enforcement Academy program is designed to prepare students to meet entry-level requirements for jobs in the law enforcement profession. The curriculum has sufficient breadth to allow students to pursue a career in a variety of agencies.
Program Highlights: 23-week full-time program providing basic training for a career in law enforcement. 35 semester units which can be applied toward an AS degree in law enforcement. Excellent hiring opportunities throughout California.
Law Enforcement Academy – Fish and Wildlife
The Law Enforcement Academy program (Fish and Wildlife emphasis) is designed to prepare students to meet entry-level requirements for jobs in the law enforcement profession. This academy emphasizes laws and regulation regularly enforced by the Department of Fish and Wildlife.
Program Highlights: 30-week full-time program providing basic training for a career in law enforcement with a Fish and Wildlife emphasis. Pathway to full-time employment with excellent pay and benefits. Assignments throughout California.
Law Enforcement Academy – State Parks
The Law Enforcement Academy program (State Parks emphasis) is designed to prepare students to meet entry-level requirements for jobs in the law enforcement profession. This academy emphasizes laws and regulation regularly enforced by the Department of State Parks. 2.
Program Highlights: 35-week full-time program providing basic training for a career in law enforcement with a Parks and Recreation emphasis. Pathway to full-time employment with excellent pay and benefits. Assignments throughout California.
Fire Science
Basic Firefighter, Wildland Firefighter, Rescue Personnel, Hazardous Materials-First ResponderThe Fire Technology program is designed to give students the knowledge to pursue a career in fire science. Students will gain a broad working knowledge of building inspection technology, as well as municipal and wildland fire fighting. The Firefighter Academy has been training future firefighters for over 30 years, providing students real-life firefighting skills during the challenging 20-week academy.
Program Highlights: Understanding of range of career option. Real-life training scenarios. In-depth, challenging, comprehensive training.
